Cruciani is a renowned Italian luxury brand established in 1992 by Luca Caprai with the vision of offering a product that is entirely made in Italy and which also represents the finest heritage and artistic craftsmanship.
We were hired by Cruciani to market their line of macramè-lace bracelets on social media for a year with the purpose of driving footfall to their shops and stalls in the malls, and driving traffic and sales on their online shopping website.
We leveraged social media marketing and activation campaigns to generate buzz around the brand and drive engagements and conversions. The project was successful by all measures and was revered by industry influencers as exemplary.
With a very small paid ads budget, and within one year, we grew the Facebook page from 1,300 to 67,000 fans. We also grew the Instagram account from 1,000 to 27,093 organic followers back when there was no paid advertising for Instagram yet. We drove significant footfall to the shops that Cruciani was able to gauge as the fans were showing pictures on their phones of the products they want from Cruciani’s Instagram feeds.
