Accountant & Admin Assistant

We are Cactix, a B2B marketing agency established in 2011 and based out of Dubai. We are looking for a disciplined and self-motivated accountant/admin assistant with UAE experience to join our team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and dispatching invoices
  • Ledger entries and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly and annual reports
  • Preparing project profitability reports
  • Preparing and managing cash flow forecasts
  • Preparing and processing monthly payroll
  • Following up on receivables and payments
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • Submitting and managing supplier registrations
  • Managing and organising documents electronically
  • Updating the CRM with contact details and activities
  • Receiving and routing incoming calls
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience (Required)
  • Very good written and spoken English (Required)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word (Required)
  • Working experience with QuickBooks (Preferred)
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting (Preferred)
